A little reminder about my booking policies

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to gently remind you of a few important things regarding appointments:

● Same-day cancellations will now require full payment of the missed appointment.

● Rescheduling is only available up to 24 hours before your appointment — this gives me a fair chance to fill the slot.

● Missed appointments will be noted in my booking system, and future bookings will require full payment upfront.

● ALL deposits are non refundable 

I always try to be fair, and I absolutely understand that life can be unpredictable, but please be mindful that cancellations and moving things around can affect my business and other clients massively.
